ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Greetings, friends. Allow me to introduce you to a narrative of regenerative health where healing is encoded in our DNA, and the intelligence of nature resides within each of us.

My path is ecologically driven, inspired by how humans harmonize with the greater macrocosm. I firmly believe that true healing necessitates reintegrating with the world at large. Embracing a quantum-bioecological-regenerative model, my mission is to show you how to heal yourself and in turn, heal the world.

My passion lies in teaching and reshaping narratives about our innate healing potential. My journey began with my own years-long battle against complex illness, teaching me the significance of advocating for myself in a system that lacked the desire to provide the answers I sought. Through open exploration beyond standard care models, I no longer identify with illness, and I strive to offer the same transformation to my clients.

Innate Body Academy was born out of the desire to serve clients with complex cases while educating heart-led practitioners about unique ideologies and tools for clinical success. With over 400 clients empowered to trust their bodies, heal their nervous systems, and overcome chronic complaints, I am dedicated to creating a ripple effect that extends far beyond myself.
Our approach is holistic, working with the whole human, recognizing that we are multi-layered beings, and our healing occurs in layers. Addressing the biochemistry is vital, but it is equally important to acknowledge the essence that animates life itself.
To uncover the root cause(s) of dis-harmony, I employ non-linear bio-resonance testing, homeopathy, herbalism, trauma-informed practices, carefully selected functional medicine techniques, and food-as-medicine principles. By unlocking the "why" we can collaboratively bring your body back to a state of coherence and regenerative being.
